At the time of collecting your keys you will have to leave a deposit of 50€ per adult with a minimum of €100-400€, which will be returned to you upon departure, provided the following rules are respected at all times:

  • It is strictly forbidden to make noise or have loud music that may cause disturbance to neighbours. Parties or any other kind of uncivil behaviour is strictly forbidden. The violation of this rule can be grounds for expulsion from the apartment and/or retention of the deposit.

  • The launch of any liquid or object from the apartment will be grounds for immediate expulsion and a complaint to the police.

  • It is forbidden to host or invite more persons than those listed on the reservation. The number of people into the apartment must never exceed the capacity indicated. Meetings involving third parties who are not listed on the reservation are not permitted in the rental accommodation, on the terrace, the pool nor in any other communal area.

  • It is forbidden to drink or smoke in the corridors and common areas.

  • It is not allowed to play ball anywhere in the building or enter the swimming pool with inflatables. Only bathing in conventional swimsuits is allowed, the use of burkini is not allowed

  • On your departure, and before returning the keys, please make sure your apartment is in the same condition in which it was found: no objects damaged or broken, clean rooms, washed kitchenware and your trash bags placed inside the garbage containers by the street. At your departure, a member of our team will visit the apartment to check its condition and authorize the return of the deposit if everything is OK.

  • Upon departure, the apartment must be ready to be checked and cleaned by 10:00 AM. If you wish to leave later than 10:00 AM, you can book a late check-out at reception for a fee, subject to availability.

  • The apartment you occupy is part of a neighborhood community. Please contribute to keep the facilities clean and peaceful and do not store clothes or towels on the rails of the terrace.

  • The company is not responsible for personal items left in the apartment. We suggest you to rent one of the safes that RENTALMAR has at your disposal.

Breaking these rules will result in total or partial retention of your deposit and can be grounds for expulsion of the apartment. In case the deposit is withheld, you will need to provide an additional deposit to be able to remain in your apartment.

By receiving the keys of the apartment and signing the receipt, the client accepts these conditions and regulations. Therefore, the client accepts any retention of the deposit or any charge RENTALMAR may do to the client’s credit card due to violations of these conditions and regulations. The client also authorizes RENTALMAR staff to enter the apartment in order to make linen changes, maintenance, cleaning and other services required

Dear guest, you are in one of the safest areas with the highest safety levels in Europe. However to ensure an enjoyable holiday with us, we suggest you to take the necessary safety precautions and follow these tips:

  • When leaving the apartment, close the door using your key and check that all windows and terrace doors are properly closed and locked.

  • Do not leave valuables in the apartment, especially documents, jewelry, cash, keys, cell phones, ipads, cameras or laptops.

  • Watch at all times your apartment’s key. Losing it can facilitate robberies in your apartment, while generating an extra surcharge.

  • Call the police (phone 112) if you detect anything strange or unusual near your apartment.

  • At RENTALMAR we hope you will enjoy your holiday in Costa Dorada and we remind you that we are not responsible for the thefts occurred in the apartments. Safety is everyone's business!

Upon arrival, and prior to handing over the keys to the apartment, the client must have paid the full amount of the reservation, as well as having delivered the full amount of the corresponding deposit. It will be essential to identify yourself, show the passport or ID of all the people making up the reservation and sign the acceptance of the "Terms and Conditions" that is provided together with the receipt proving the payment of the deposit, which must be kept throughout the stay.

The amount as a deposit ranges from €100 to €400, depending on the accommodation. This must be paid by card.

In the event that the client cancels his reservation during his stay, this will be a cancellation with expenses (100% of the reservation). A request to change dates or apartment during your stay will be understood as a cancellation with expenses (100% of the reservation).

The purpose of the deposit is to guarantee the return of the holiday home and its belongings in the same state in which it is delivered, except for deterioration derived from the rational use of the same. Likewise, the points established in the RENTALMAR APARTMENTS Regulations that can be consulted on the page www.rentalmar.com/en/rules-conditions must be observed and complied with at all times of the stay.

The deposit will be returned to you in its entirety as long as the home and its contents are returned in the same conditions in which they were delivered.

The client, both for his actions and for those of the people who live with him and the guests or visitors who access the property, must:

  • Respect the stipulated rest hours, these being from 10pm to 9am.

  • Do not hold any type of party or gathering of people that exceeds the limit of registered occupants of the vacation home.

  • Throw the garbage in the containers located outside the building.

The client will be responsible for any damage or damage caused to the holiday home and its accessories, as well as in the common areas of the property, which are caused by both the client and the people who live there or their visitors. RENTALMAR APARTMENTS will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the client's property. The customer is solely responsible for this type of loss or damage. The client undertakes to return the holiday home and its accessories at the end of their stay in a state of reasonable cleanliness and without garbage or waste inside. Otherwise, and charged to the RENTALMAR APARTMENTS deposit, he will charge a cost of €100. If the value of the damages and/or defects is greater than the remainder of the deposit, RENTALMAR APARTMENTS has the express authorization of the client to be able to make the necessary charges to the credit card specified in the deposit or reservation. €20 (per unit) will be charged for loss of towels or sheets.

In the event that the client does not voluntarily leave the holiday home or does not hand over the keys to it on the date indicated in their reservation confirmation, they must indemnify RENTALMAR APARTMENTS for each day that, without authorization, they extend their stay or retain the keys, at five times the price-night of the reservation.

The client must personally occupy the holiday home, and may not assign their right of use derived from the Reservation Confirmation to third parties, nor authorize the room of more occupants than those indicated in the "Reservation Confirmation" RENTALMAR APARTMENTS is not responsible for the loss, theft or deterioration of the personal belongings of the tenants.

RENTALMAR APARTMENTS is not responsible for the inoperability of the Wi-Fi/internet service that is caused by causes attributable to the operator.

The client agrees that RENTALMAR APARTMENTS will charge him €100 for each set of keys not returned.ç
